Sean (Stephen Mangan) and Beverly’s (Tamsin Greig) Hollywood career refuses to die, as they’re dragged back from London to make six more episodes of “Pucks!”. Matt gets some very disturbing news about his finances. Carol (Kathleen Rose Perkins) once again lobbies to run the network.

Matt scrambles to solve his financial woes. Several networks compete for Sean (Stephen Mangan) and Beverly’s (Tamsin Greig) new show. Carol (Kathleen Rose Perkins) must mend fences with a woman whose husband she slept with.



MATT LeBLANC 

(Matt LeBlanc)

Matt LeBlanc portrays a twisted version of Matt LeBlanc in the multi-award nominated EPISODES.  Winning a Golden Globe® for his performance, LeBlanc also earned three Emmy® nominations and a total of two Golden Globe nominations.  The show has also been nominated for two Golden Globes for Best Television Series Comedy and two Emmys for writing for Best Comedy Series.

LeBlanc is best known for his role as the beloved Joey Tribbiani on the iconic series Friends.  The show aired for a decade and garnered LeBlanc accolades, including three consecutive Emmy nominations, three Golden Globe nominations and a Screen Actors Guild Award® among others.  He continued portraying the character in the spin-off series “Joey” for two more years.

LeBlanc’s feature film credits include Charlie’s Angels, and its sequel, Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle, with Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu, directed by McG; Lost in Space, based on the classic television show that was originally produced by Irwin Allen, All the Queen’s Men and Lovesick co-starring Chevy Chase.  LeBlanc’s producing credits include Jonah Hex, the 2006 Warner Bros. pilot, The Prince, and the New Line Cinema feature The Watch.



STEPHEN MANGAN
(Sean Lincoln)

Stephen Mangan first found fame as popular fictional character Adrian Mole in the BBC TV series Adrian Mole: The Cappuccino Years, followed by womanizing anaesthetist Guy Secretan in the cult series Green Wing. The hospital-based comedy won a BAFTA® and was named Comedy of The Year at the 1996 British Comedy Awards®



Since then, his career has spanned film, TV, theatre and radio, working with the best of British and American talent. He starred opposite Nicole Kidman and Ben Chaplin in Birthday Girl and his other movie credits include British romantic comedy ConfettiBilly Elliott, Beyond the Pole and RUSH, directed by Ron Howard.  



On television, he was among the all-star cast of the classic British comedy I’m Alan Partridge. He also appeared in sitcom Nathan Barley; the comedy drama Jane Hall; ITV’s Agatha Christie’s mystery Miss Marple: At Bertram’s Hotel;and the series Never Better, Free Agents, and Dirk Gently.



Mangan has played Tony Blair in The Huntfor Tony Blair in Channel 4’s The Comic Book Presents series and has also provided the voice for Postman Pat in Postman Pat: The Movie.

On stage, he was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance as Norman in The Norman Conquests on Broadway, and most recently, he and Matthew Macfadyen starred as Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense winning the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy.



Mangan studied at Cambridge University when he gained a Master of Arts in Law, and went on to the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art to train as an actor. 

 

TAMSIN GREIG
(Beverly Lincoln)

TAMSIN GREIG is once again reunited with her Green Wing co-star, Stephen Mangan, for the fourth season of EPISODES.  Her performance as Dr. Caroline Todd won her both a BAFTA® nomination and The Royal Television Award® for Best Comedy Performance for Green Wing in 2006.

Most recently, Greig joined the cast of
The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel which is set to release in 2015. She can next be seen in Breaking the Bank opposite Kelsey Grammar. Greig has starred in episodes of the ground-breaking series People Like Us, Dr. Who, When I'm 64, for the BBC, but she gained recognition and a British Comedy nomination for her television role as Fran Katzenjammer in Channel 4’s Black Books with Dylan Moran and Bill Bailey. Since then she has played the lead in the television series Love Soup; Edith Frank, Anne Frank’s mother, in the BBC series The Diary of Anne Frank; Miss Bates in the BBC’s Classic serial of Jane Austen’s Emma, Beth in White Heat and The Guilty, a three part drama for ITV.

In the theatre, Greig won both the Laurence Olivier and Critics Award for her performance as Beatrice in the RSC's production of Much Ado About Nothing. She also received critical acclaim and an Olivier nomination for her performances in The Little Dog Laughed, Gethsemane and God of Carnage, opposite Ralph Fiennes. Greig was nominated for a BIFA for her lead role in the film Tamara Drew, directed by Stephen Frears.  She starred in Jumpy at the Royal Court Theatre, which transferred to the West End and gave her another Olivier nomination and most recently starred in William Boyd's first play, Longing, at Hampstead Theatre.  Most recently, she began rehearsals as the lead in the new musical adaptation of Pedro Almodovar’s Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.

She was nominated for a British Comedy Award® for playing Jacqueline "Jackie" Goodman in the Channel 4 comedy Friday Night Dinner.

 

KATHLEEN ROSE PERKINS

(Carol Rance)



Most recently, Perkins appeared in David Fincher’s Gone Girl, as well as the Duplass Brother’s latest project The Skeleton Twins, opposite Kristen Wiig. Other recent films include Paradise, Diablo Cody’s directorial debut starring alongside Octavia Spencer and Holly Hunter, and Nicole Holofcener’s Enough Said with Julia Louis Dreyfus and James Gandolfini. She plays the lead role in the indie film Better Half set to release in 2015.  

On television, Perkins has recurred on a number of shows including Tell Me You Love Me, Trust Me, NCIS: LA, Gary UnMarried and Til Death. She also has made some notable guest appearances on American Horror Story, Private Practice, Person of Interest, Grey’s Anatomy, The Mentalist, Royal Pains and nip/tuck.





ANDREA SAVAGE
(Helen Bash)

 Originally hailing from The Groundlings and stand-up comedy, Andrea Savage is a comedic actress, writer, producer and director. She has starred in such films as Stepbrothers, Dinner for Schmucks, Life Happens, The Grand and most recently,  Sleeping With Other People, and opposite Hillary Swank in You’re Not You. In television, Savage starred in and wrote on the cult classic Dog Bites Man. She most recently has been seen on The League, Modern Family, the SHOWTIME comedy House of Lies, and The Kroll Show.  She also recently starred on HULU’s acclaimed series The Hotwives of Orlando and is now prepping to begin season two.  

Andrea is also a prolific writer and producer. She wrote and developed the pilot Re-Together for ABC (Jamie Tarses/Sony) and River Dogs for Comedy Central (produced by Gary Sanchez.)  She has also written pilots for NBC (produced by Jay Roach) and for FOX.  She wrote, produced and starred in both seasons of FUNNY OR DIE PRESENTS, as well as many other online videos, including the viral hit REPUBLICANS GET IN MY VAGINA!, which she directed and premiered on Real Time with Bill Maher. Andrea also wrote the screenplay, Girls Weekend, for Castle Rock Films.



MIRCEA MONROE
(Morning Randolph)

 Raised in the Solomon Islands and Fiji, Mircea Monroe has quickly become one of Hollywood’s hottest rising stars. She first showcased her acting skills in the theatre, but quickly moved on to the big and small screens where she has proven to be as versatile as she is beautiful, having earned starring roles in comedies, dramas, action, and genre pictures.

Monroe’s career has expanded with multiple roles in feature films, including the Universal Studios comedy The Change Up opposite Ryan Reynolds  and Magic Mike opposite Channing Tatum and directed by Steven Soderbergh.  Her film American Animal premiered at SXSW in 2011, and she has since been since in films such as Dumbbells and Slightly Single in L.A with Lacey Chabert, Jenna Dewan Tatum and Haylie Duff.

Monroe is just as recognizable on the small screen, having starred in Fox’s high-octane series Drive. In addition, she’s had countless guest-star appearances, which include Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Miami Medical, Scrubs, Sons of Anarchy, Without a Trace, Rules of Engagement, Chuck, Franklin & Bash, How I Met Your Mother and numerous sketches on The Late Show with Conan O’Brien and Conan. Monroe was also seen online in Dating Rules From My Future Self opposite Shiri Appleby for Alloy Entertainment.  Currently, she is recurring on CW’s Hart of Dixie and Impastor, a new TV Land pilot co-starring Michael Rosenbaum, has been picked up for ten episodes. 

 

JOHN PANKOW
(Merc Lapidus)

JOHN PANKOW has created memorable characters in many noted films, including To Live and Die in L.A.Mortal Thoughts, Life As a House, Talk Radio, The Secret Of My Success, and more recently Morning Glory and Putzel. He was a regular on the hit television series Mad About You and recurred on two critically-acclaimed series, Ally McBeal and The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd. Pankow has also been featured on the programs The Good Wife, Law & Order: LA, Without a Trace and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. A veteran stage actor, Pankow has appeared in numerous New York Shakespeare Festival productions, including this season's Much Ado About Nothing, The Tempest, Measure For Measure, Henry V and Two Gentleman of Verona. Pankow appeared Off-Broadway in Kenny Lonergan's Medieval Play at the Signature Theater and in the Off-Broadway revival of William Inge's Natural Affection. Broadway credits include Amadeus, Cymbeline, Serious Money, Twelve Angry Men and The Iceman Cometh.

DAVID CRANE

DAVID CRANE is one of the most influential writers in TV comedy. As the co-creator of Friends, along with his longtime friend Marta Kauffman, he changed the face of comedy for a generation. The duo also created the hit HBO comedy Dream On, Veronica’s Closet, and The Powers That Be. He went on to create the The Class with his partner Jeffrey Klarik.   Their current project "Episodes" has garnered them three Emmy® nominations for Best Writing in a Comedy Series, as well as two Golden Globe® nominations and Writers Guild® nomination.



JEFFREY KLARIK

Executive Producer/Creator/Writer

JEFFREY KLARIK created the critically acclaimed sitcom The Class with his partner David Crane. He also created the series Half & Half which ran for four seasons and was the recipient of numerous NAACP® awards. His work on the hit comedy Mad About You earned him both a Golden Globe® as well as an Emmy® nomination.  During his career he has also written and produced the comedies INK, The Naked Truth, and Dream On. His latest show Episodes, also created with David Crane, was the recipient of two Golden Globe nominations, three Emmy nominations and a nomination for best new series from the Writers Guild of America®.



JIMMY MULVILLE

JIMMY MULVILLE is one of the founders of Hat Trick Productions and created Have I Got News For You? In 1997, he became the first British producer to recreate a British series on US TV, launching Whose Line Is It Anyway, which ran for seven years on ABC. In 1999, he received the BAFTA Award® for Outstanding Creative Contribution to Television. Mulville is a Fellow of the Royal Television Society. Hat Trick’s other credits include Facejacker, Outnumbered, Father Ted and Drop the Dead Donkey.

 

IAIN B. MACDONALD
Director

IAIN B. MACDONALD started his career making arts documentaries before going on to direct award-winning drama such as Bodies for the BBC.  He has directed a wide variety of projects, from the Jane Austen adaptation Mansfield Park for ITV and PBS's Masterpiece Theatre to the critically-acclaimed war-zone comedy Bluestone 42 for the BBC.  In 2014, MacDonald received an Emmy® nomination for Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series for the third season of EPISODES.
