“THE LATE SHOW” TOPPED THREE MILLION VIEWERS EVERY NIGHT LAST WEEK WHILE MATCHING SEASON-BEST WEEKLY DEMO DELIVERY

COLBERT SEASON-TO-DATE AUDIENCE IS UP +31% OVER LAST SEASON

WHILE INCREASING LEAD OVER NEAREST COMPETITOR TO +39%

For the week ending Feb. 2, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT posted 3.23 million viewers – up +17% from last year (from 2.77m), according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. THE LATE SHOW averaged over three million viewers every night last week and also posted more than three million viewers for the 14th week this season.

THE LATE SHOW also matched its season-best delivery in adults 18-49 (0.5/3) while beating its closest competitor in viewers by +33% (versus 2.43m).

Season-to-date, most current, THE LATE SHOW is up +31% in viewers (3.86m from 2.95m), +13% in adults 25-54 (0.9/5 from 0.8/4) and even in adults 18-49 (0.6/04) compared to last season. Also season-to-date, THE LATE SHOW is beating its closest competitor by +39% in viewers (3.86m vs. 2.77m).
