CBS RATINGS HIGHLIGHTS FOR WEEK ENDING MARCH 31

CBS was once again the most-watched network during week 27 of the 2018-2019 broadcast season according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending March 31. CBS has now been #1 in viewers for 10 of the past 11 weeks.
For week 27, CBS had an average of 6.57 million weekly viewers, beating NBC (4.65m), ABC (4.37m) and FOX (2.49m). Season-to-date, CBS is first with 9.11 million viewers, and NBC is second (7.58m), followed by FOX (5.86m) and ABC (5.65m). The Network was #1 in viewers on four nights – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
CBS also took the week in adults 25-54 (1.6) and adults 18-49 (1.2). Season to date, the Network is second in adults 25-54 (2.2) and out of first place by only -0.1 in adults 18-49 (1.6).
On Tuesday, CBS was first in viewers (9.50m) with NCIS leading the way in viewers (12.18m), adults 25-54 (1.9) and adults 18-49 (1.2, tie). NCIS was the night’s #1 program in viewers with its largest audience since Feb. 19. FBI was also first in viewers (9.13m) and was the night’s #1 new program in viewers and #2 program overall behind NCIS. Rounding out the night, NCIS: NEW ORLEANS was first in viewers (7.18m) and adults 25-54 (1.2) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (0.7).
On Wednesday, CBS was second in viewers (5.21m), adults 25-54 (1.4/05, tie) and adults 18-49 (1.0/05, tie). SURVIVOR was first in key demos: adults 25-54 (2.2/08) and adults 18-49 (1.6/08). SURVIVOR posted its largest audience since Feb. 20 (the premiere of this edition of the game). The premiere of MILLION DOLLAR MILE was second in viewers (3.90m), adults 25-54 (1.2, tie) and adults 18-49 (0.9, tie). Closing out the night, SEAL TEAM was second in viewers (3.91m), adults 25-54 (0.9) and adults 18-49 (0.6).
On Thursday and Friday nights, CBS aired the NCAA MEN’S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT, and those numbers have been, and will be, released by CBS Sports.
On Sunday, CBS was first in viewers (9.52m), adults 25-54 (2.0) and adults 18-49 (1.5). This marks the fourth consecutive Sunday viewer win for the Network. CBS’ late-running NCAA MEN’S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT coverage from 7:00-7:17 PM, posted 21.99 million viewers, 6.7/26 in adults 25-54 and 5.6/27 in adults 18-49.
60 MINUTES (7:17-8:17PM) delivered 12.59 million viewers, 2.7 in adults 25-54 and 2.0 in adults 18-49 – first in these measures. 60 MINUTES was the night’s #1 prime program in viewers and key demos and posted its largest audience and best adults 25-54 delivery since Dec. 16, 2018. GOD FRIENDED ME (8:17-9:17 PM) scored a winning 8.16 million viewers and was Sunday night’s #1 scripted program in viewers while posting its largest audience since Jan. 13. NCIS: LOS ANGELES (9:17-10:17 PM) finished first in viewers (7.50m). Rounding out the night, MADAM SECRETARY (10:17-11:17 PM) delivered 4.99 million viewers to finish second in the time period.
