THE PREMIERE OF "THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL" SCORES CBS'S LARGEST PRIMETIME THURSDAY AUDIENCE SINCE 2007 AND BEST ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54 RATINGS ON THE NIGHT SINCE 2006

CBS Posts Best Thursday Primetime Men Demos Since 2001

Pittsburgh at Baltimore Delivers Nearly 21 Million Viewers and 7.5 in Adults 18-49

           The premiere of CBS and NFL Network's THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL delivered the Network's largest primetime Thursday audience since 2007 and its best adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 ratings since 2006, according to Nielsen time adjusted fast nationals for Sept. 11.

From 8:00-11:00 PM, CBS averaged 19.44m viewers, 7.7 in adults 25-54, 6.9 in adults 18-49, 10.1 in men 25-54 and 9.2 in men 18-49.  This is the network's largest Thursday primetime audience since Nov. 8, 2007 (SURVIVOR, CSI/WITHOUT A TRACE crossover episodes).

The pre-game and game coverage also delivered the Network's highest Thursday primetime ratings in adults 18-49 since March 9, 2006 (SURVIVOR, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, WITHOUT A TRACE) and its highest Thursday ratings in adults 25-54 since May 18, 2006 (CSI (R) (S), CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, WITHOUT A TRACE).

It was also CBS's best primetime deliveries among men 18-49 and men 25-54 since May 3, 2001 (SURVIVOR: THE AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK 2-hour finale, SURVIVOR: THE AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK REUNION SHOW).

The Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens (8:25 PM, ET-11:09 PM, ET) delivered 20.77m viewers, 8.3 in adults 25-54, 7.5 in adults 18-49, 10.9 in men 25-54 and 10.0 in men 18-49.
