CBS Stations in Philadelphia, Dallas, Detroit and Baltimore Among Stations Posting Largest Year-to-Year Time Period Growth

      THE TALK, CBS's daytime talk show, delivered impressive time period growth among women 25-54 on the CBS Owned Stations during the February sweep, according to Nielsen live plus same day metered market ratings for the period of Feb. 2-29.

      On the 14 CBS Owned Stations, THE TALK improved the year-ago time period among women 25-54 by +29% (0.9 from 0.7).

      Among the CBS stations seeing the biggest year-to-year increases in women 25-54 were KYW, Philadelphia, up +88%; KTVT, Dallas, up +83%; WWJ, Detroit, up +80%; WJZ, Baltimore, up +73%; WCCO, Minneapolis, up +56% and WBBM, Chicago, up +43%.

      Other CBS stations posting February-February time period gains were WBZ, Boston, up +33%; WCBS, New York, up +11%; KOVR, Sacramento, up +11% and KDKA, Pittsburgh, up +6%.

      THE TALK ranked first in its time period among women 25-54 in Philadelphia, Dallas, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh and Baltimore.
