Stars Will Discuss How the Fictional Brand, Jabot Cosmetics, Became a Real Product

"The Talk" Co-Hosts Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete to Appear on "The Young and The Restless," Thursday, July 28

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS stars Peter Bergman and Tracey Bregman will appear on THE TALK on Thursday, July 14 (2:00-3:00 PM, ET; 1:00-2:00 PM, PT) to tell how daytime's #1 drama series brought the fictional beauty brand, Jabot Cosmetics, to life after being featured on the soap for more than 20 years.  Bregman, who plays Lauren Fenmore Baldwin on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, serves as the face of the line.

Then, on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete will appear in an episode in which Bergman's character, Jack Abbott, whose family founded the Jabot Cosmetics line in Genoa City, and Bregman's character, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin, make an appearance on THE TALK to discuss the cosmetics line as part of the storyline.  This episode of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS will air Thursday, July 28, (12:30-1:30 PM, ET; 11:00 AM-12:00 Noon, PT).

THE TALK, CBS's daily daytime talk show that examines topical events and contemporary issues through the eyes of five female hosts who are all mothers, airs weekdays (2:00-3:00 PM, ET; 1:00-2:00 PM, PT).  THE TALK is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.  John Redmann and Gilbert, who developed the show, are executive producers.  Peter Johansen serves as Co-Executive producer.

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS has been the #1-rated daytime drama for more than 22 years.  The show is broadcast weekdays (12:30-1:30 PM, ET; 11:00 AM-12:00 Noon, PT) on the CBS Television Network and is produced by Bell Dramatic Serial Company, in association with Sony Pictures Television.
