David Letterman and Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck teamed up for a special LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN promo, broadcast during CBS Sports’ coverage of SUPER BOWL XLVII, Sunday, Feb. 3.

Taped earlier in the week on the roof of the Ed Sullivan Theater building in New York City, the spot features Letterman wearing a jersey of his favorite team – the Indianapolis Colts – as he tosses a football with a young child, giving the boy advice on what he can do to one day make it to the Super Bowl.  After the boy thanks him for his guidance, Dave says that he wasn’t talking to him – the camera reveals that his comments were actually directed to Luck, standing on the roof with them, clad in his own Colts jersey.
